Returns & Refunds Policy
At Altos, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with our air composition tester, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and refunds process.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@getaltos.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Please note:
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at support@getaltos.com, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@getaltos.com.
