● Location Information for Global Map: We may collect information about the location of your mobile device each time you use our application based on your consent to the collection of this information. For further information, see

● Altos App Usage Information: We collect information about your use of the mobile application, including the model of the device that you use; the time, duration, and frequency of your access; screens viewed; your IP address; crash logs.
● Other Information: With your permission, we may collect other information from your device. Please check application permissions for details.
2. Information sharing and disclosure
We do not rent, sell, or share your information with third parties except as
described in this Privacy Policy. We may use one or more service providers to
administer our mailing, but we do not share your email address with
spammers or any other third parties without your permission.

4.1. Account information

4.2. Altos device information
We collect information about the connected Altos device, such as MAC address, sensors’ data (CO2 and humidity sensors, temperature measurement, battery status), strength of Bluetooth signal, Bluetooth connection longevity, timestamp of Bluetooth disconnect, reason of the Bluetooth disconnect, and send it to the cloud database. You can prevent this by disabling the corresponding option in the Altos mobile application “Settings” menu, but it can affect the functioning of the Altos product.
4.3. Location Information
If you do not want us to collect information about your location, then you can
prevent this:
● If using a mobile app, by changing the settings on your device.
● If using our website, your location data will be obtained via a cookie.

on how to manage our use of cookies.
Note that our mobile application or its features may no longer function
properly if you do.
4.4. News and marketing communications
You will also be able to unsubscribe from any marketing communications via email at any time using the contact information in Section 8

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data security, and to correctly use the information we collect online. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and store.
