Warranty Information

At Altos, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all Altos air composition testers, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Altos will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper materials or workmanship.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by anyone other than Altos or an authorized service provider
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
  • Damage caused by improper environmental conditions, such as excessive heat, humidity, or dust
  • Products that have been used for purposes other than those intended by Altos

Warranty Period

The warranty for Altos products lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Altos will repair the product or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@getaltos.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on how to return the product for inspection or repair.

Repair or Replacement

If your product is found to be defective and covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. In cases where the product cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical model, we may offer a similar product or a refund.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Altos will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and sending a repaired or replacement item back to you. However, international customers may be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
